Now the team are millionaires, Mia gives birth making Brian a father, meanwhile Hobbs is out to catch a different kind of team, a group of mercenaries led by Owen Shaw, out to steal high-tech devices worth billions. To stop them, he needs help from Dom and his team, piquing Dom’s interest with the news that Letty is alive and is working with Shaw.

The Fast and Furious franchise goes into full gear with the fifth instalment, as they go to Rio de Janeiro after breaking Dom out of prison. When meeting up with an old acquaintance, Brian and Dom get into trouble with a local drug lord who owns the city. They decide to strike back and steal his entire fortune. To do this, they need help and form a team, meanwhile, the FBI have sent their best agent Hobbs on the case to catch the wanted criminals.

However, it’s not long until he’s introduced to a new style of racing and finds himself trapped in the world of the Yakuza.
