Ep 12 Dave Bond : Cinematronix Podcast

This is the first episode in a while in what is some-what of a reboot of the podcast. The main format is very simple and strip back conversation between a guest and myself on anything film related. Tangents will happen of course as anything is open for discussion.

In this episode fellow co-host of Do You Expect Us To Talk, Dave Bond talks to me about how we started DYEUTT, thoughts on the new Logan film that contains some spoilers as well our feelings on the current news of The Matrix remake. Chris also makes sure that he’ll never get a chance to interview Ellen Page, what scares us as kids and we discuss what a load of old bollocks The Oscars are.

Joining Becca, Dave and Chris is Charlie Bridgon who is joining us on this voyage as we review all the Star Trek movies. Sit back and enjoy as we disscuss cockney accents, Will Weaton’s glorous return, mind rape and Jim from Neigbours.

It’s another fine episode where we talk about the TV movie of the week. The third Star Trek film to feture the Next Generation cast is a bit of a low fi affair. This time the crew stand by their pricables and go agaienst their prime directive and protect a snall populated planet that has miractulas healing and ani aging factors. Natually a bad guy with bad plasitic surgary is after what they got and wants to turf them out to take the power for himself.

Join Rebecca, Dave, Chris and Charlie as we struggle what to discuss about a film that looks at Picard’s taste in woman, MILF’s, streachy faces, bad CGI and why this was released in cinena’s and not on TV.
