When pharmaceutical chemist Will Rodman’s key subject is shot after a rampage, he’s left with her son (Caesar) who he takes home. As Caesar grows and becomes smarter as the years go by, Caesar questions his place in the word as the development of the cure takes on the form of a virus.

When he is bitten by a spider from a different dimension, Miles picks up spider like powers. As Spider-Man dies trying to stop Kingpin from using a super-collider that would cause untold damage. Teaming up with other versions of Spider-Man from other realities, Miles must get the grip with his powers to stop Kingpin and send the others back home.

This turns Connors into a huge Lizard as Peter gets to grips with his new powers and the loss of his uncle.
