It is commentary time as we move from one series to another, making a pitstop to Bond one more time. This time we say a farewell to Dalton with a viewing of The Living Daylights.
Join Becca, Dave and Chris as we watch the movie and discuss the science of Marmite, why cold meats taste like ass, what does the conductor do exactly, Dave reviews Yesterday, and Richard Curtis and Ben Elton.
You can find us on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher and Google Podcasts, all you have to do is search. Also, if you like us leave us a lovely review as it helps us grow. If that wasn’t enough, you can even you can follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook.
So we finally come to the end of the Bond series and we say our final goodbye to the world’s most famous secret agent James Bond. However isn’t goodbye for us or the end of the podcast as we will continue with new series for your audio pleasure.
In this final episode Becca, Chris and Dave give our own list our run down of the Bond films starting from our least favorite to what we consider to be the best 007 adventure. We’ve divided the list based on personal preference, importance to the series itself and on quality.
Dave also reveals the cut Honor Blackman joke. You can listen to the episode on youtube or you can download the episode at the bottom of the page.
It’s commentary time again and it’s Dalton finest hour in Licence To Kill. Bond on a personal vendetta gets the talk over treatment by us three, Becca, Chris and Dave. Watch one of our personal Bond films while we do our best to talk about things instead of watching the film. Topics are varied that included a full review of Star Trek Into Darkness, Robert Davi’s films career, politics and of course wanked off not fingered.
The audio breaks up on a couple of moments due to crappy internet but it’s all brief. Below is a link to the film tho it may not sync up because we watched it on the BluRay version.
What? We’ve finished with Dalton so soon? Not fair I know but his rein is as exallelt as it is brief. It’s no secrect that Chris and Dave concider this as one of ou favorites so the real question is will Becca agree?
The plot follows Bond on his own personal vendetta as he takes on a drug kingpin in the hardest Bond adventure yet. It’s split opions over the years but is slowly getting a reaprasial with its dark plot, fantastic lead performance and great villein. So sit back and enjoy listening to three Bond fans gushing about how great the last entry from Timophy Dalton is.
Now we have said our goodbyes to the legend that is Rodger Moore… now it’s time for some Dalton baby. Timothy Dalton makes his debut in his way too brief run as 007. We talk about the stories of the casting and what actually happened and we have mostly nice things to say as we chat our way through the film. We even manage to make a dick joke.
Sit back and enjoy as we delve into The Living Daylights.
